Work History
RCI has provided services in several countries in North America, South America, Africa and the Caribbean.
In the United States, RCI, through the agency of Kosmec-ITT, has developed satellite systems for the transmission of voice and data over extended distances. The company has converged video and data switching networks and installed LAN and WAN applications and solutions.
The company has formulated a broadcast system for TV and radio, advanced satellite and microwave systems for internet and telecommunications services in Guyana and has provided procurement services to the Guyana Defence Force, Guyana Sugar Corporation and other government agencies.
Program management and vendor management systems have been provided in Jamaica and Barbados. Maintenance and training programs have also been developed in the social sector to test the efficacy of health and education systems.
Feasibility studies have been conducted in several Caribbean countries to determine the suitability of educational and training programs to employment forces that share similar educational and work skills.
RCI continues to be active in the Caribbean in organizational development and management training.
