Education and training  

RCI’s expertise embraces the education sector at all levels.  It involves capacity building of teachers and school officials.  RCI has considerable experience in the formulation of comprehensive programs for students in primary, secondary schools and at the college and university levels to develop basic skills for employment, job creation and civic participation in national development.

RCI also has the capacity to plan, organize and run supplementary programs including after school or holiday programs, training to a pedagogical staff in urban settings, development in curriculum enhancement and implementation with the main objectives of promoting greater efficiencies and strengthening the learning environment.    

RCI has the expertise to evaluate existing systems in a school or work place.  At the end of the institutional assessment, RCI formulates suitable recommendations for system redesign or improvements.  Where gaps exist between the expectations of educational institutions and prospective employers’ expectations, RCI crafts creative solutions with appropriate programs.
